Mrs. Gunn discussed the services and products the parish contracts for, opportunities available to small business owners, and the procedures necessary to qualify to con- duct business with the parish. She also gave an overview of the purchasing division, business relations, liability and bonding, taxes, purchasing procedures and other aspects of doing business with the parish. Attendees were given a Vendor Application, Owner Affidavit of Personal Worth, and a Small and Emerging Business Registration form. MSI staff members routinely assist members in completing and submitting forms.
